Take payments for your classes without chasing people.
ClassPay holds a place with a deposit, asks for the balance when you say so, and gives every student one link with everything they need. You teach. It keeps track.
The admin nobody signed up for
If you run classes, you already know the shape of it.
- Who has actually paid? A spreadsheet, a bank app and your memory, none of which agree.
- The awkward reminder Messaging someone a third time about money you are owed.
- Places held on trust Someone said they were coming. Are they? Is the class viable?
- Where is it again? The same address and directions, typed out for every student.
What ClassPay does
Built around how classes are actually paid for — not how software wishes they were.
Deposit now, balance later
A deposit holds the place. The balance is asked for when you confirm the class is running — not on a timer that fires whether you are ready or not.
Any way they want to pay
Bank transfer, cash, card, whatever you already accept. You mark it paid; ClassPay does the remembering. No card reader, no switching how you work.
One link per student
No password to forget. Their link shows what they owe, how to pay it, where the class is, a map and directions. It updates itself as things change.
Messages from you, not from an app
WhatsApp and email go out under your own number and address, in the conversation you already have with them. Every message is logged so you know what was sent.
What you earned, what you spent
Income over the year at a glance, expenses sorted by category, and a comparison of what a room costs you by the hour against taking a space of your own.
A tax estimate that shows its workingUK
Your own rates, allowance and Class 2 NI, over the 6 April year. It shows the sum rather than a number to take on faith — so you can check it against your own records.
How it works
Four steps, and you are only involved in two of them.
Invite
Add the student and send an invitation. It asks for the deposit and nothing else.
They pay the deposit
However suits them. You mark it received, and their place is held.
You confirm the class
When you know it is running, confirm it. The balance request goes out on that action.
They turn up
Their link already has the venue, the map and the directions. Nobody asks you twice.
If people book a place, ClassPay fits
Language classes, workshops, music lessons, yoga, tutoring — the shape is the same wherever a course has a start date, a limited number of places and a fee to collect.
Built against a real term of classes, not a whiteboard.
